In the last year Mike played his critically acclaimed one man show God Is A Scottish Drag Queen to sold out crowds in Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Montreal where he was nominated for a Best Comedy Award from Just For Laughs. As a stand up comedian he has played Toronto, Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City, and the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Recently, Mike filmed his very first stand up special for television. The hour long special will air this year and Delamont will be promoting that release with performances across North America.

On December 12, 2012, Mike became the very first local comedian to play the 850 seat McPherson Playhouse in his home town of Victoria BC.
